Overview
Cresa is a commercial real estate company that does things a bit differently. Instead of siding with the landlords and putting tenants at a disadvantage, like a lot of commercial real estate companies, Cresa takes a neutral position. They focus on both the tenant and the landlord in an attempt to make everyone benefit from the deal. In an attempt to differentiate themselves from the market, they wanted their brand to reflect their unique approach.
